Oest petrol stations rely on sustainable reusable system

After a successful pilot project phase, Oest petrol stations GmbH & Co. KG switched to the environmentally friendly and sustainable reusable system RECUP at the first AVIA service stations.

At the AVIA petrol station in Freudenstadt and the Black Forest petrol station in Dornhan, disposable cups are not used at all. From April 1, 2022, all coffee specialties will only be available in reusable RECUP cups. Customers pay a one-off deposit of €1. The return is possible at over 10,000 issuing and acceptance points in Germany.

With the nationwide established reusable system, environmental pollution caused by plastic waste can be sustainably reduced, because a single RECUP cup replaces up to 1,000 disposable cups. The vessels made in Germany are BPA and pollutant-free and 100% recyclable.
